We are turning up the heat with our first ever HIIT Pilates to the PBB online studio!
We’re keeping everything you love about Pilates – the intentional movement and strong, controlled foundations – and just adding SWEAT. Think higher intensity, cardio moves layered over our go-to Pilates principles.
It’s all about building cardio fitness and confidence so you feel strong, empowered, and seriously good in your body!
The Workouts
The Just Add Sweat Challenge includes a 2 week calendar of HIIT Pilates to sweat and sculpt; Cardio Quickies to get your heart pumping; and your fave PBB flows to lengthen and stretch.
The brand NEW class categories included in this challenge are:
HIIT Pilates Class – A HIIT circuit class that combines sculpting Pilates and sweaty cardio to get your heart rate up, boost your fitness, and tone your entire body.
Cardio Quickie – A quick energising workout to ramp up your heart rate, sweat, and burn.
I am so excited to bring you these new classes that will help build your cardio fitness without sacrificing on form, control, and alignment.

The Just Add Sweat Challenge is available to all Pilates By Bel members. You can sign up to a Monthly or Annual Membership from anywhere in the world, including a 7-day free trial to get a taster of the classes.
Login to Studio.PilatesByBel.com/browse to unlock all challenge workouts (plus many more!) in one convenient location. You can work through the Just Add Sweat Challenge at your own pace, however there is a recommended schedule you can follow to maximise the results.
What equipment do I need?
The Just Add Sweat Challenge is all about building your cardio fitness and overall body confidence while maintaining strong, controlled Pilates foundations.
To level up the benefits from this challenge, you may choose to include PBB Weights and a Pilates ball throughout. These not only help you connect to different muscle groups with ease, but also intensify the burn!
As always, equipment is entirely optional and all workouts can be done bodyweight only.

How do I prepare for the Just Add Sweat Challenge?
Sign up to a Pilates By Bel membership here to start prepping for the challenge, which launches 12th May 2025.
Start by creating a routine. Set aside time each day to move your body (ideally in the morning!). This is your own time to reset, connect to your body, and feel amazing.
Create an energising and inviting space to move. Whether this is in your bedroom, the lounge room, your gym or outside, find a space you feel most comfortable. Roll out your mat and start moving.
