My goal is to inspire you to move your body regularly, in a way that satisfies and feels good for you.

Exercise and nutrition have been part of my world for as long as I can remember – from a sporty childhood, to more than a decade working in the wellness industry. I first discovered Pilates in my early teens (hello Winsor Pilates DVD era) and it quickly became a passion! For nearly ten years, I’ve had the joy of teaching Pilates in private and corporate settings, and in London’s most respected boutique gyms. My approach is grounded in intentional, results-driven movement, helping you to feel strong, mobile and confident in your body.
