What type of classes are on Pilates By Bel?
We offer low-impact, results-driven, mat Pilates classes for all levels – beginner, intermediate, advanced, prenatal, postnatal, and everyone in between. Our classes fall within 8 class categories:
Foundations – For Pilates newbies and those looking for a more gentle workout. Move slowly and consciously, connect your mind to body, learn (or rediscover) and master the basics of Pilates-based movement.
Full Body – A quintessential full body PBB workout to strengthen, sculpt, and stretch from top to toe.
Quickies – Short, sharp, targeted workouts that focus on 1-2 key muscle groups. Ideal if you're short on time or energy.
Prenatal – Safely maintain strength and mobility throughout pregnancy. Suitable for all trimesters of uncomplicated pregnancies.
Postnatal – Ease your body and mind back into light yet productive movement to rebuild your strength. All classes are safe and effective from 6 weeks postpartum.
Stretch – From quick energising wake up stretches, to full body dynamic stretches, these classes will help to release and mobilise your muscles and joints.
Pilates Strength – Contemporary Pilates movements enhanced with heavier weights to increase muscle activation and growth.
Pilates Cardio – Layering higher intensity cardio moves over Pilates to get your heart pumping and endorphins flowing.
Who is the instructor?
Annabel is the founder and principal instructor of Pilates By Bel. She has been teaching Pilates for almost ten years, the recent five years across some of London’s best boutique gyms, as well as in private and corporate settings. Annabel is a qualified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Pilates Instructor.
Are the classes prenatal-safe?
We have a full prenatal-safe category of classes, alongside a Pre + Postnatal Week by Week Program. These classes will help you safely and effectively strengthen and mobilise your body throughout all trimesters of uncomplicated pregnancies, so you can feel strong, confident, and prepped for childbirth.

Are the classes postnatal-safe?
We have a full postnatal-safe category of classes, alongside a 6-Week Postnatal Program. These will help you ease back into light yet productive movement after your precious baby has arrived. They are suitable if you are at least 6 weeks postpartum and have had Mummy MOT clearance to exercise.
Please consult with your healthcare professional before commencing postnatal exercise.
Are there classes for beginners?
Yes, our Foundations classes are ideal for beginners to Pilates. You will move slowly and consciously as you learn and master the basics of Pilates-based movement.
Is there a class plan I can follow to stay motivated?
Yes! We offer 2 x Weekly Guides (Light and Challenging) each week to support you with consistency and motivation. This reduces the mental load of having to choose a workout.
We also have a selection of Custom Programs and Challenges designed to give structure and accountability to your movement routine.
How do I become a member?

Can I switch from a monthly to annual membership?

What is the return and exchange policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges on PBB equipment at this time. If you would like to talk to our team about any concerns with your PBB products, please contact us any time at hi@pilatesbybel.com.
What are the shipping options for Pilates By Bel gear?
We offer FREE UK shipping on all products. We offer a flat £10 shipping fee for all international orders.
