What type of classes are on Pilates By Bel?

We offer low-impact, results-driven, mat Pilates classes for all levels – beginner, intermediate, advanced, prenatal, postnatal, and everyone in between. Our classes fall within 6 class categories:

  1. Foundations – For any pilates newbies, and those looking for a more gentle workout. Move slowly and consciously, learn and master the basics of pilates-based movement.
  2. Full Body – The quintessential PBB workout. You will move, strengthen, tone, and sculpt your entire body. Plus, find length in some of those sticky, tight areas.
  3. Quickies – Short, sharp, targeted classes that can be tacked onto another workout, stacked on top of one another, or taken solo if you're short on time or energy.
  4. Prenatal – Safely and effectively strengthen, tone, and stretch your beautiful pregnant body.
  5. Postnatal – Ease your body and mind back into light yet productive movement. They are suitable if you are at least 6 weeks postpartum and have had Mummy MOT clearance.
  6. Stretch – Release muscle tension and mobilise your body through a sequence of deep, satisfying stretches.

Who is the instructor?

Annabel is the founder and principal instructor of Pilates By Bel. She has been teaching Pilates for over eight years now across some of London’s best boutique gyms, as well as in private and corporate settings. Annabel is a qualified Nutritionist, Personal Trainer, and Pilates Instructor.

Are the classes prenatal-safe?

We have a full prenatal-safe category of classes, alongside a 4-Week Prenatal Plan. These classes will help you safely and effectively strengthen and mobilise your body throughout all trimesters of uncomplicated pregnancies, so you can feel strong, confident, and prepped for childbirth.

Are the classes postnatal-safe?

We have a full postnatal-safe category of classes, alongside a 4-Week Postnatal Plan. These will help you ease back into light yet productive movement after your precious baby has arrived. They are suitable if you are at least 6 weeks postpartum and have had Mummy MOT clearance to exercise.

Are there classes for beginners?

Yes, our Foundations classes are ideal for beginners to Pilates. You will move slowly and consciously as you learn and master the basics of pilates-based movement. 

Is there a class plan I can follow to stay motivated?

Yes, we have a Weekly Plan uploaded each week at https://studio.pilatesbybel.com/weekly-plan, as well as on our Instagram. This reduces the mental load of having to choose a workout.

We also have a range of Custom Plans to suit prenatal, postnatal, newbies and more, designed to give structure and accountability to your movement routine.

Yes, your membership will automatically renew at the end of your paid period.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, you can set your subscription to cancel any time and it will finish at the end of your paid period.

How do I cancel my membership?

Login to your account at https://studio.pilatesbybel.com/ > Profile button in top right corner > Account settings > Manage subscription > Cancel subscription.

Can I switch from a monthly to annual membership?

Yes, you can login to your account at https://studio.pilatesbybel.com/ > Profile button in top right corner > Account settings > Manage subscription > Upgrade subscription.

What is the return and exchange policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges on PBB equipment at this time. If you would like to talk to our team about any concerns with your PBB products, please contact us any time at hi@pilatesbybel.com.

What are the shipping options for Pilates By Bel equipment?

Right now we offer shipping within the UK only. After your online order has been placed, it will be dispatched within 24 hours. Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be delivered.

Do you offer international shipping?
