Full Body

Quickies

Duration: 5-20 min
Pilates By Bel Quickies are short, sharp, targeted classes that can be tacked onto another workout, stacked on top of one another, or taken solo if you're short on time or energy. Swiftly tone your chosen body part in 20 minutes or less.
Prenatal

Pilates By Bel Prenatal Pilates classes will help you feel strong and feel good in that beautiful pregnant body of yours. Safely and effectively maintain strength, tone and length in your whole body.
Postnatal

Pilates By Bel Postnatal Pilates classes are designed to ease your body and mind back into light yet productive movement. They are suitable if you are at least 6 weeks postpartum and have had Mummy MOT clearance to exercise. BYO bub.

Pilates By Bel Stretch classes are designed to release muscle tension and mobilise your body through a sequence of deep stretches. They’re also an opportunity to wind down and clear your head. Trust me, you need this.

Press, stretch, and resist with PBB Bands. Our beautiful resistance bands come as a trio including light, medium, and strong – so you can take your pick of intensity.
PBB Weights
Comfy, aesthetic, and effective, our 1lb weights have been designed for use on either your wrists or ankles (or both), depending on where you want to feel that extra burn.
