Hi! I'm Brooke and I'm from East London. I split my time living between North London and Essex with my partner and family, and I work in fashion buying.
Hi Brooke! I'd love to hear a little more about what you love in life...
I love to travel, read, go for long walks and I enjoy a meal out with my partner/friends, and of course Pilates!
What sparks the most joy in your life?
Daily – feeling healthy; staying on top of my good habits makes me so happy! Alongside that, spending quality time with loved ones and travelling with my partner.
What are your go-to healthy habits?
1. I drink a lot of water daily, that’s a non-negotiable for me. It’s essential for good skin and maintaining energy levels.
2. I make sure I do a Pilates By Bel class. If I’m WFH that will be at lunch to get things moving, otherwise it’s the first thing I do when I get home after work. It feels so good after sitting at a desk all day!
3. Lastly, I try to make sure I get some fresh air – it does wonders for my mood.

How long have you been doing Pilates By Bel and how has it impacted you?
I started Pilates By Bel in 2024.
I used to do a lot of high intensity gym classes and probably a little too much cardio. I have a very small frame, so this was just too much for my body physically and mentally.
Pilates has really changed my outlook on exercise as I no longer feel like I’m punishing my body, I genuinely look forward to each class.
Pilates By Bel has made me understand that being consistent with Pilates makes such a huge difference to your strength and form, even if it’s just 20 minutes a day. It’s all about consistency.
It has also massively improved my posture and how I carry myself. Seeing my body respond has made me so much more confident too.
Do you have any fave PBB exercises or classes?
Booty Burn 3 and Ab Gains are my current favourite classes!
I have also almost completed the 4-Week Swift Sculpt Challenge on the PBB app, as I wanted a little more tone and definition. It’s been incredible for that! Not only are the classes fantastic, they are all 20 minutes or less, so there’s always time to fit one into the day.

Advice to anyone unsure about online Pilates?
If you are someone who finds the gym or IRL classes daunting, online/at-home Pilates is perfect for you as you can choose your own workout environment.
You can start off doing as much or as little as you like, and after 4 weeks of consistency, you’ll really notice a difference and I promise you’ll be hooked!
