How long have you been doing Pilates By Bel?
I started during my first pregnancy to keep me fit and strong – I believe it massively helped my recovery after giving birth. I carried on during my second pregnancy up until the end and just started now at 6.5 weeks postnatal. The difference in my mind and body is already present.
How has Pilates By Bel impacted you?
Being able to maintain a consistent exercise routine on the road is essential to me. Pilates By Bel is the first workout I found easy and manageable to bring with me when traveling due to minimal equipment, as well as flexibility of exercises. Whether you have 26 min or 13 min, there’s no excuse and you can always get something done to kick off / help you switch off from a long day.
Fave PBB exercises?
I love everything with glutes and bands! With two kids and a busy schedule, anything that can make me feel my body and muscles is a hit.
Fave PBB classes?
Bands and Toned Arms! But also really appreciate the Stretch classes. Stretching is so important and often overlooked.
Advice to anyone unsure but online Pilates?
You’ll never regret it and you’ll always find 15 minutes in the day wherever you are to get some movement in.
