This fresh new Pilates challenge is designed to deliver total body definition in just 20 minutes a day, 6x per week!
Packed with results-driven, targeted Pilates classes that will sculpt and tone your full body.
The Workouts
The Swift Sculpt Challenge includes a 4 week calendar of 6 weekly Pilates classes, each with a different focus to ensure no muscle group goes untouched for full body results.
This structure will allow you to tune into your body, note specific areas of strength or imbalance, and work to build your most sculpted, balanced body from top to toe. Each week will follow this format:
Monday – Full Body
Tuesday – Core & Posture
Wednesday – Lower Back, Legs & Glutes
Thursday – Abs & Obliques
Friday – Upper Back, Arms & Shoulders
Saturday – REST
Sunday – Stretch & Mobility
Whether you’re travelling, on school holidays, or in regular routine and looking to stay consistent, Swift Sculpt is designed to move with you.

The Swift Sculpt Challenge is available to all Pilates By Bel members. You can sign up to a Monthly or Annual Membership from anywhere in the world, including a 7-day free trial to get a taster of the classes.
Login to Studio.PilatesByBel.com/browse to unlock all challenge workouts (plus many more!) in one convenient location. You can work through the Swift Sculpt Challenge at your own pace, however there is a recommended schedule you can follow to maximise the results.
What equipment do I need?
The Swift Sculpt Challenge is all about swiftly sculpting your entire body from top to toe.
To level up the benefits from this challenge, you may choose to include PBB Weights, PBB Bands, 1-2kg dumbbells, and a Pilates ball throughout. These not only help you connect to different muscle groups with ease, but also intensify the burn!
As always, equipment is entirely optional and all workouts can be done bodyweight only.

How do I prepare for the Just Add Sweat Challenge?
Sign up to a Pilates By Bel membership here to start prepping for the challenge, which launches 9th June 2025.
Start by creating a routine. Set aside time each day to move your body (ideally in the morning!). This is your own time to reset, connect to your body, and feel amazing.
Create an energising and inviting space to move. Whether this is in your bedroom, the lounge room, your gym or outside, find a space you feel most comfortable. Roll out your mat and start moving.
