The 21 Days 21 Classes Challenge has been created for EVERY body. Whether you currently run, strength train, box, HIIT, yoga, or you’re yet to find a consistent movement routine, this challenge has been created to do either exclusively or alongside your current exercise regimen.
Each week has a new theme we will be focusing on, all while helping you build strength, confidence and long-lasting healthy habits. Research suggests that it takes 21 days to form a new habit. So I encourage you to take these 21 days to feel the transformative benefits of a daily Pilates practice.
Each workout in the challenge focuses on mind to body to breath connection, while strengthening and lengthening your muscles.
The Themes and Workouts
Focus: Building foundational Pilates awareness, alignment and posture.
What: A mix of [ gentle > build ] level workouts using a range of Pilates equipment for you to familiarise yourself with Pilates-based movement and the PBB style.
Why: Lay down the foundations so you have a solid understanding of Pilates and overall body awareness before taking things up a notch.
Focus: Core connection, strength and stability.
What: A range of core-focussed workouts that include a range of fun, dynamic exercises and series to activate and strengthen your whole core.
Why: Core work is at the heart of all Pilates movement, and this week I want you to work your deep core muscles – including transverse abs, rectus abs, obliques and lower back – to build a strong and stable centre.
Week 3: Feel Confident and Flexi
Focus: Challenging your newfound Pilates strength and flexibility.
What: A week's worth of [ hustle ] level workouts for the ultimate Pilates challenge, balanced out with active, energising and full body stretches.
Why: You have built your Pilates foundations and awareness, as well as your core strength and stability. Now it’s time to level up and work your body so you can feel your most balanced, confident, strong and flexible – in both body and mind.

How do I prepare for the 21 Days 21 Classes Challenge?
Sign up to a Pilates By Bel membership here to start prepping for the challenge, which launches 14th October.
Start by creating a routine. Set aside time each day to move your body (ideally in the morning!). This is your own time to reset, connect to your body and feel amazing.
Create a calm and inviting space to move. Whether this is in your bedroom, the lounge room or outside, find a space you feel most comfortable. Roll out your mat and start moving.
