CHALLENGE: Power Up

Over the course of four weeks, you will work through a schedule of powerful Pilates workouts coupled with restorative stretch sessions. We lean into added resistance and intentional use of equipment to create real strength and a body that feels powerful.

 

The Workouts

 

The Power Up Challenge includes a 4 week calendar of 5 x weekly powerful Pilates classes and 2 x weekly restorative stretch sessions. We lean into added resistance and intentional use of equipment to maximise your strength gains, without losing focus on Pilates alignment and control.

 

The brand NEW class categories included in the Power Up Challenge are:

 

Power Pilates – a full body Pilates-inspired, strength-focussed workout that will challenge every muscle group. This class incorporates an optional light set of dumbbells (1-2.5kg) and ankle weights to boost the results. Power Pilates will improve your total body strength, stability and power.

 

The Power Up Challenge has been designed to help you move stronger, feel more powerful and build long lasting results.

 

 

How do I join?

 

Now you know what to expect from this challenge, it’s time to join!

 

The Power Up Challenge is available to all Pilates By Bel members. You can sign up to a Monthly or Annual Membership from anywhere in the world, including a 7-day free trial to get a taster of the classes.

What equipment do I need?

 

All workouts in the Power Up Challenge can be done bodyweight only, but for the best possible results, you may like to include:

 

Light set of dumbbells (1-2.5kg)

PBB Weights

PBB Resistance Bands

Pilates Ball

 

As always, equipment is completely optional and I encourage you to move in a way that feels good for you.

How do I prepare for the Balanced Body Challenge?

 

Sign up to a Pilates By Bel membership here to start prepping for the challenge, which launches 5th January 2026.

 

Start by creating a routine. Set aside time each day to move your body (ideally in the morning!). This is your own time to reset, connect to your body, and feel amazing.

 

Create an energising and inviting space to move. Whether this is in your bedroom, the lounge room, your gym or outside, find a space you feel most comfortable. Roll out your mat and start moving.
