PILATES PROGRAM: For Newbies

This 2-week program is the perfect place for all beginners to start your journey into the world of Pilates. It is equally appealing for those wanting to take their Pilates practice back to the basics.

The Newbies program has been curated for beginners to Pilates. Commit to 2 weeks of learning the foundations of Pilates, understanding how and why to connect your breath to each movement, and fall in love with the mental and physical benefits that follow.

 

 

The Workouts

 

Embark on a 2-week calendar of < gentle • build > Pilates By Bel workouts. Including a variety of workout styles to provide a balanced approach, all effective and achievable from home, or anywhere in the world.

 

There will be 5 x workouts scheduled each week, alongside 1 x suggested Walk/Jog day (recommended 30-45 minutes for best results) and 1 x Rest day.

The For Newbies Program is available to all Pilates By Bel members, and is specifically curated for beginners to Pilates. You can sign up to a Monthly or Annual Membership from anywhere in the world, including a 7-day free trial to get a taster of what my classes are like!

What equipment do I need?

 

You don't actually need any equipment at all, which means anyone and everyone can join the For Newbies Program!

 

If you want to level up and get even better results out of the For Newbies Program, you can add a set of PBB Bands or PBB Weights. Bands can be put around your knees, ankles, feet or wrists on cue, and weights can be strapped to your ankles or wrists to intensify the burn and increase the challenge.

How do I prepare for the program?

Start by creating a routine. Set aside your preferred time each day to move your body. This is your own time to reset, connect to your body and feel amazing.

 

Create a calm and inviting space to move. Whether this is in your home, gym, or wherever you are travelling, find a space you feel most comfortable. Roll out your mat and start moving.
