The Toned Arms challenge features a variety of workouts between 5-30 minutes, effective and achievable from home, or anywhere in the world that you are travelling.
Each workout targets the upper body and you can expect to transform the muscle tone in your arms and shoulders.

The Toned Arms challenge is available to all Pilates By Bel members. You can sign up to a Monthly or Annual Membership from anywhere in the world, including a 7-day free trial to get a taster of what my classes are like!
Login to Studio.PilatesByBel.com to unlock all challenge workouts (plus many more!) in one convenient location. You can work through the Toned Arms challenge at your own pace, spreading each of the 10 classes out in whichever way suits your schedule.
What equipment do I need?
You don't actually need any equipment at all, which means anyone and everyone can join the Lean Legs challenge!
If you want to level up and get even better results out of the Toned Arms Challenge, you can add a set of PBB Bands or PBB Weights. Bands can be put around your wrists on cue, and weights can be strapped to your wrists or held onto like hand weights to intensify the burn and increase the challenge!

How do I prepare for the Toned Arms Challenge?

Start by creating a routine. Set aside time each day to move your body. This is your own time to reset, connect your body and mind and feel amazing.
Create a space to move. Whether this is in your bedroom, the lounge room or outside, find a space you feel most comfortable. Roll out your mat and start moving.
