Who is the instructor?
Annabel is the lead instructor of Pilates By Bel, with over eight years of Pilates teaching experience in some of London's best boutique gyms, as well as in corporate and private settings. Annabel is also a qualified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, and she weaves her experience in these areas into the Pilates By Bel offering.
What type of workouts are there?
Pilates By Bel offers low-impact, results-driven, mat Pilates classes for all levels – beginner, intermediate, advanced, prenatal, postnatal, and everyone in between. Pilates By Bel online workouts fall within 6 class categories:
Foundations – For any pilates newbies, and those looking for a more gentle workout.
Full Body – The quintessential PBB workout. You will move, strengthen, tone, and sculpt your entire body, while finding length in some of those sticky, tight areas.
Quickies – Short, sharp, targeted classes that can be tacked onto another workout, stacked on top of one another, or taken solo if you're short on time or energy.
Prenatal – Safely and effectively strengthen, tone, and stretch your beautiful pregnant body.
Postnatal – Ease your body and mind back into light yet productive movement. Suitable if you are at least 6 weeks postpartum and have had Mummy MOT clearance.
Stretch – Release muscle tension and mobilise your body through a sequence of deep, satisfying stretches.
How do I find the right workout for me?
You can search for workouts based on time, target body part, or class category. We also have a Weekly Plan to help you find structure and motivation with regular movement.
Do I need any equipment?
Equipment is entirely optional in all Pilates By Bel classes. However, if you want to increase the intensity of your workout and get a little extra burn, you are given the option to add PBB Bands or PBB Weights in some classes. You can complete your at-home workout equipment set with a super cushy, soft, grippy PBB Mat.
Are there prenatal and postnatal Pilates classes?
Annabel programs prenatal and postnatal Pilates classes, including a Prenatal Plan and Postnatal Plan, using her fresh, first-hand experience of being in these life stages herself.
Pilates By Bel prenatal Pilates classes will help you to safely maintain strength in your whole body and allow you to feel confident and prepped for childbirth. Pilates By Bel postnatal Pilates classes will help you ease back into light yet productive movement once bubs is here.
Should I do other forms of exercise alongside Pilates By Bel?
Pilates By Bel is designed to be used either exclusively, or alongside other types of exercise. There are workouts ranging from 5 to 60 minutes, intended to be your whole workout for the day or tacked onto another session. The choice is yours.
Whether you are a newbie to Pilates or an experienced athlete, Pilates By Bel will help to:

Our Community
"Pilates by Bel is a fundamental part of my daily routine. It is my favourite form of exercise and I finish sessions feeling fitter and stronger. I can't recommend it enough."
"I have so much trust in Annabel's expertise as a teacher, and the style, variety, and delivery of her classes are what keep me coming back. That, and the guaranteed abs!"
"I've tried a lot of different gym classes and Annabel's classes are consistently the hardest (while also being super enjoyable). Probably my favourite part is there is absolutely no mucking around - whatever length of class you choose, you consistently work hard and see results."
