How long have you been a Pilates By Bel member?

 

I started with the live sessions during Covid but have recently been more consistent in the last 6 months after my son was born. The postnatal classes played such a key part in my recovery and now I’m really enjoying incorporating the challenges into my day-to-day.

 

How has Pilates By Bel impacted you?

 

I enjoy the slower pace (slower, not easier!) and I always feel so much calmer in my head after a class.

 

Fave PBB exercises & workouts?

 

I love just following along with one of the challenges but I am also a big fan of the stretch classes I also love that I can filter by time – I’m usually an Under 20 Mins gal.

 

Advice to anyone unsure about online Pilates?

 

Just give it a trial! You might surprise yourself. It’s the only at home subscription I’m loyal to. It’s challenging and totally on my own schedule.
