How long have you been doing Pilates By Bel?
I have been doing Pilates By Bel since 2019. I first began attending IRL classes, and now I do all my classes online as I love the ease and flexibility that they offer. Over the past five years, I’ve built a strong foundation thanks to Annabel’s guidance. And even though PBB are on-demand I still feel like she is there with me to push me to do my best!
PBB was my go-to and only exercise during my pregnancy and postpartum recovery. The variety of classes available has helped strengthen and tone my body every step of my motherhood journey. From weekly workout plans, to pregnancy safe exercises – I can't recommend it enough. Knowing that Annabel has firsthand experience in prenatal care makes the classes even more reassuring.
How has Pilates By Bel impacted you?
PBB has helped both my mind and body by providing a routine of consistent, daily movement. I am a strong believer in low intensity exercise that helps strengthen my body in a kind and effective way to help me feel better in myself. I love to start my day with morning Pilates to set me up with a clear mind and body to kickstart my day. One of the great benefits of PBB is the wide range of classes, whether it’s a quick 5-minute arm workout or a comprehensive 30-minute full body session. You have the choice to move your body how you want each day!
Fave PBB exercises?
If I had to pick it would be a clam set – probably because this allows me to lie down while getting the burn at the same time! But honestly, it’s tough to choose just one… Can I say I love them all?!
Fave PBB classes?
My go-to is a 30-minute full body class because it ensures I’m getting a balanced workout for my whole body. But this does change! During my pregnancy it was the prenatal classes, then post-pregnancy it was the postnatal classes and currently loving the challenges to hold me accountable. I’ve also enjoyed the on-the-go classes while traveling. There is a category for every situation!
Advice to anyone unsure but online Pilates?
Just go for it! PBB is the most effective, hassle-free and affordable exercise subscription out there. With a huge range of on-demand classes, whether you’re just starting your Pilates journey or well on your Pilates way, there is something for everyone. PBB is seriously the best in the business!
