As we transition back to the hustle and bustle of school and work after summer holidays, now is the perfect time to reset. Whether you're looking to reboot your routine, boost your core strength, or simply find a moment of calm amidst the chaos, the Back to Work Program offers a fresh, balanced approach to your exercise routine.
The challenge is suitable for newbies through to pro Pilates-goers. Commit to 2 weeks of regular movement designed to invigorate both your body and mind as we step into a new season.
The Workouts
Embark on a 2-week calendar of Pilates By Bel workouts. Including a variety of workout styles to provide a balanced approach, all effective and achievable from home, or anywhere in the world.
There will be 5 x workouts scheduled each week, alongside 2 x suggested Walk/Jog days (recommended 30-45 minutes for best results).

The Back to Work Program is available to all Pilates By Bel members. You can sign up to a Monthly or Annual Membership from anywhere in the world, including a 7-day free trial to get a taster of what my classes are like!
Login to Studio.PilatesByBel.com to unlock all challenge workouts (plus many more!) in one convenient location. You can work through the Back to Work Program at your own pace, or for best results follow the recommended weekly schedule.
What equipment do I need?
You don't actually need any equipment at all, which means anyone and everyone can join the Back to Work Program!
If you want to level up and get even better results out of the Back to Work Program, you can add a set of PBB Bands or PBB Weights. Bands can be put around your knees, ankles, feet or wrists on cue, and weights can be strapped to your ankles or wrists to intensify the burn and increase the challenge.

How do I prepare for the Back to Work Program?

Start by creating a routine. Set aside your preferred time each day to move your body. This is your own time to reset, connect to your body and feel amazing.
Create a calm and inviting space to move. Whether this is in your home, gym, or wherever you are travelling, find a space you feel most comfortable. Roll out your mat and start moving.
