My goal is to inspire you to move your body regularly, in a way that satisfies and feels good for you.

Exercise and nutrition have been part of my life from a young age – from an active, sporty childhood to over a decade working in wellness companies. My first experience with Pilates was in my early teens, during the Winsor Pilates DVD days, and it’s been a passion ever since. For nearly ten years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching Pilates, working with individuals, corporates, and in some of London’s best boutique gyms. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing my clients discover their own version of physical happiness.
